Shipping and Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All of your shipments are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via email within 7-10 business days of shipment. Please note, shipping election (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until after our processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, Destined by God's Design accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Destined by God's Design is not liable as we have no control once it is with the mail carrier. Please contact your mail carrier with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent.

Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

Typically, orders will ship out within 7-10 business days of ordering. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Destined by God's Design cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Destined by God’s Design is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, UPS or any carrier. 

Once your order has shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may ship from different facilities. 

For international shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
Destined by God's Design is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once an order has shipped. Destined by God’s Design will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes.

All orders with delivery issues where the package is labeled delivered and the customer didn’t receive the package must file a claim with the shipping company.

If your claim is denied and the package cannot be recovered, we will not replace or refund any lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS (if applicable) & EXCHANGES:
We want you to love your Destined by God's Design apparel items just as much as we do!

We do not offer cash refunds at this time. Mugs, masks and hats are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. However, if a clothing item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer you store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

To submit for a store credit, please email destinedbygodsdesign@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Personalized Returns:
Due to the customized nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns.

Digital Products:
All digital products are final sale.  

EXCHANGES:
All items must be in new condition. To start an exchange, please email us at destinedbygodsdesign@gmail.com. All postage costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer. To exchange your items, please return them to:

Write us a note on your packing slip stating the product and size you would like instead. For further questions, please contact us at: DestinedByGodsDesign@gmail.com. Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn, unused, in new condition, and free of odor there should not be an issue. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds and cancellations are not permitted once an order has been completed online or in person, regardless of shipping status. All orders are sent to dispatch after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Please note that items may ship from different facilities.

RETURNED TO SENDER:
If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will issue a store credit, but it will not include the original shipping costs.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE:
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. Only ONE discount code may be applied per order. This applies also to Free Shipping discount codes. 

PRICE CHANGES:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 
The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
